This notice amends the notice
of a major disaster declaration for the
Commonwealth of Kentucky (FEMA–
4497–DR), dated March 28, 2020, and
related determinations.
DATES: This amendment was issued
August 5, 2021.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The notice
of a major disaster declaration dated
March 28, 2020 for the Commonwealth
of Kentucky is hereby amended to
include the Hazard Mitigation Grant
Program.
SUMMARY:
All areas within the Commonwealth of
Kentucky are eligible for assistance under the
Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
The following Catalog of Federal Domestic
Assistance Numbers (CFDA) are to be used
for reporting and drawing funds: 97.030,
