The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) is issuing for public
comment a draft NUREG, NUREG–2159,
‘‘Acceptable Standard Format and
Content for the Fundamental Nuclear
Material Control Plan Required for
Special Nuclear Material of Moderate
Strategic Significance.’’ This draft
NUREG provides information to
facilitate compliance with NRC
regulations applicable to fundamental
nuclear material control plans.
DATES: Submit comments by November
22, 2021. Comments received after this
date will be considered if it is practical
to do so, but the Commission is able to
ensure consideration only for comments
received before this date.
