Illinois; a wholly-owned subsidiary of
First Mid Bancshares Inc., to merge with
Delta Bancshares Company, with Brock
Sub, LLC surviving and thereby
indirectly acquire Jefferson Bank and
Trust Company. Immediately following
the merger, Brock Sub, LLC to merge
with and into First Mid Bancshares Inc.,
with the latter being the surviving
entity.
