Narrative—Operating Loss Loan Section
232/223(d)–COVID. All other forms
currently approved in OMB Collection
2502–0605 remain unchanged and
remain under the current expiration
cycle of June 30, 2022. In accordance
with the Paperwork Reduction Act,
HUD is requesting comment from all
interested parties on the proposed
collection of information. The purpose
of this notice is to allow for an
additional 30 days of public comment.

Description of the need for the
information and proposed use: The
issuance of this notice is modeled on
the public review and input process that
HUD utilized in the establishment of the
healthcare facility documents for
Section 232 of the National Housing Act
(Section 232) program. On July 5, 2019,
at 78 FR 16279, after solicitation of
comment, HUD published in the
Federal Register a notice that
announced the approval of the
healthcare facility documents under the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995
(44U.S.C. 3501–3520) (PRA) and an
assignment of a control number, 2502–
0605, by the Office of Management and
Budget (OMB).
