Abstract: Minimum risk pesticide products are not registered by EPA, therefore the product information associated with the pesticide registration process under section 3 of FIFRA are never submitted to EPA. Labeling requirements are the key component of the minimum risk exemption since this is the only information that enforcement authorities have to assess whether or not the product meets the exemption requirements. Burden statement: The annual public reporting and recordkeeping burden for this collection of information is estimated to average 5.5 hours per response. Burden is defined in 5 CFR 1320.3(b).
