ACTION: Notice of meeting.
AGENCY:
The Missouri River Resource
Advisory Committee (RAC) will hold a
virtual meeting. The committee is
authorized under the Secure Rural
Schools and Community SelfDetermination Act (the Act) and
operates in compliance with the Federal
Advisory Committee Act. The purpose
of the committee is to improve
collaborative relationships and to
provide advice and recommendations to
the Forest Service concerning projects
and funding consistent with Title II of
the Act as well as make
recommendations on recreation fee
proposals for sites on the Helena—
Lewis and Clark National Forest within
Broadwater, Lewis & Clark, and Teton
Counties, consistent with the Federal
Lands Recreation Enhancement Act.

DATES: The meeting will be held on
September 23, 2021, at 6:00 p.m.,
Mountain Daylight Time.
All RAC meetings are subject to

1. Hear from Title II project
proponents and discuss project
proposals;
2. Make funding recommendations on
Title II projects; and

round of project solicitations and

The agenda will include time for people
to make oral statements of three minutes
or less. Individuals wishing to make an
oral statement should request in writing
by September 17, 2021, to be scheduled
on the agenda. Anyone who would like
to bring related matters to the attention
of the committee may file written
statements with the committee staff

AGENCY:
Notice of depreciation rates for
telecommunications plant.
ACTION:
The United States Department
of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Utilities
Service (RUS) administers rural utilities
programs, including the
Telecommunications Program. RUS
announces the depreciation rates for
telecommunications plant for the period
ending December 31, 2020.
SUMMARY:
These rates are effective
immediately and will remain in effect
until rates are available for the period
ending December 31, 2021.

part 1737, Pre-Loan Policies and
Procedures Common to Insured and
Guaranteed Telecommunications Loans,
§ 1737.70(e) explains the depreciation
rates that are used by RUS in its
feasibility studies. Given that approved
depreciation rates per § 1737.70(e)(1) do
not exist, RUS is publishing its annual
median depreciation rates for all
borrowers, in accordance with
§ 1737.70(e)(2). RUS also notes that the
rates have changed only minimally from
the previous year. The following chart
provides those rates, compiled by RUS,
for the reporting period ending
December 31, 2020:
