Access to TSCA data, including CBI, will continue until April 21, 2022. If the contract is extended, this access will also continue for the duration of the extended contract without further notice. Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, as amended (``CERCLA''), 
notice is hereby given by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency 
(EPA), Region 2, of a proposed cost recovery settlement agreement 
(Agreement) pursuant to CERCLA, with Apple Valley Corp. and the Estate 
of James A. Klein (Settling Parties) for the Apple Valley Shopping
