SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic 
Security Act, (CARES Act) Public Law 116-136 (April 27, 2020) 
authorized SBA to provide an Advance of up to $10,000 to applicants who 
applied for an economic injury disaster loan (EIDL) in response to the 
COVID-19 pandemic. On December 27, 2020, SBA received additional funds
