ACTION: VA is providing notice of a new matching program between VA Financial Services Center (FSC), Commercial Operations Division and Department of the Treasury (Treasury), Bureau of the Fiscal Service (Fiscal Service), Do Not Pay (DNP) Business Center. The information will be used to determine whether an individual or entity is eligible to receive federal payments, contract awards, or other benefits, including reducing duplicate payments to vendors and beneficiaries, verifying that beneficiaries submitting claims are not deceased, collecting debt owed to federal or state governments, and suspending or revoking payments as needed.
