This cost was not related to burden hours, rather an annual estimate of the fees related to offsite storage. This cost has been removed as all recordkeeping is retained electronically per 18 CFR 37.7(b) states: ‘‘Audit data must remain available for download on the OASIS for 90 days, except ATC/TTC postings that must remain available for download on the OASIS for 20 days.
