Diversity and Digital Empowerment, renamed the Communications Equity 
and Diversity Council.

hereby announces that that the charter of the Advisory Committee on 
Diversity and Digital Empowerment, renamed the Communications Equity 
and Diversity Council (hereinafter Committee), has been renewed for a
