of this or a related proceeding, or (b) in

purposes. All nonconfidential written
submissions will be available for public
inspection at the Office of the Secretary

authority of section 337 of the Tariff Act
of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1337),
and of §§ 201.10 and 210.8(c) of the
Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (19 CFR 201.10, 210.8(c)).

Release of Consumer/Credit
Information—ATF Form 8620.26 will be
used to determine if a candidate for
Federal or contractor employment at the
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms
and Explosives (ATF), is compliant with
Federal requirements relating to
financial obligations.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: An estimated 2,000
respondents will use the form annually,
and it will take each respondent
approximately 5 minutes to complete
their responses.
(6) An estimate of the total public
burden (in hours) associated with the
collection: The estimated annual public
burden associated with this collection is
167 hours, which is equal to 2,000 (# of
respondents) * .0833333 (5 minutes).
