The Advisory Panel (AP) will receive
a summary of the SEDAR 38 Update for
Gulf of Mexico King Mackerel with
presentations on the stock assessment
and results, recommendations from the
Scientific and Statistical Committee
(SSC), and results from the Council’s
Something’s Fishy tool.
The AP will be presented with a draft
of Coastal Migratory Pelagics
Amendment 33: Modifications to the
Gulf of Mexico Migratory Group King
Mackerel Catch Limits and Sector
Allocations. The AP will then provide
recommendations.
The AP will receive public comment;
and, discuss any Other Business items.

The Agenda is subject to change, and

Advisory Panel for discussion, in
accordance with the Magnuson-Stevens
Fishery Conservation and Management
Act, those issues may not be the subject
of formal action during this meeting.
Actions of the Advisory Panel will be
restricted to those issues specifically
identified in the agenda and any issues
arising after publication of this notice
that require emergency action under
section 305(c) of the Magnuson-Stevens
Fishery Conservation and Management
Act, provided the public has been
notified of the Council’s intent to takeaction to address the emergency.

SUMMARY:
Background
ONMS serves as the trustee for a
network of underwater parks
encompassing more than 620,000 square
miles of marine and Great Lakes waters
from Washington State to the Florida
Keys, and from Lake Huron to American
Samoa. The network includes a system
of 14 national marine sanctuaries and
Papaha¯naumokua¯kea and Rose Atoll
marine national monuments. National
marine sanctuaries protect our Nation’s
most vital coastal and marine natural
and cultural resources, and through
active research, management, and
public engagement, sustain healthy
environments that are the foundation for
thriving communities and stable
economies.

One of the many ways ONMS ensures
public participation in the designation
and management of national marine
sanctuaries is through the formation of
advisory councils. The Sanctuary
System Business Advisory Council
(council) has been formed to provide
advice and recommendations to the
Director regarding the relationship of
ONMS with the business community.

The Commodity Futures
Trading Commission (CFTC) announces
that on July 13, 2021, from 9:30 a.m. to
12:00 p.m. (Eastern Daylight Time), the
Market Risk Advisory Committee
(MRAC) will hold a public meeting via
teleconference. At this meeting, the
MRAC will receive reports from its CCP
Risk and Governance and Interest Rate
Benchmark Reform Subcommittees. In
addition, the MRAC will vote on
recommendations from the Interest Rate
Benchmark Reform Subcommittee
regarding a market best practice for
switching interdealer trading
conventions from LIBOR to the Secured
Overnight Financing Rate for U.S. Dollar
linear interest rate swaps.
DATES: The meeting will be held on July
13, 2021, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
(Eastern Daylight Time). Please note that
