Innocor, Inc., Kolcraft Enterprises, Inc.,
Leggett & Platt, Incorporated, the
International Brotherhood of Teamsters,
and United Steel, Paper and Forestry,
Rubber, Manufacturing, Energy, Allied
Industrial and Service Workers
International Union, AFL–CIO (the
petitioners) filed a rebuttal brief on
