SURFACE TRANSPORTATION BOARD
Release of Waybill Data
The Surface Transportation Board has
received a request from Miami
University (WB21–40—6/1/21) for
permission to use data from the Board’s
1983–2019 Unmasked Carload Waybill
Samples. A copy of this request may be
obtained from the Board’s website under
docket no. WB21–40.
The waybill sample contains
confidential railroad and shipper data;
therefore, if any parties object to these
requests, they should file their
objections with the Director of the
Board’s Office of Economics within 14
calendar days of the date of this notice.
The rules for release of waybill data are
codified at 49 CFR 1244.9.

CFR prescribes the terms, conditions,
and limitations as are necessary to
ensure safety in air transportation. Title
14 CFR part 121 prescribes the
requirements governing air carrier
operations. The information collected is
used to determine air operators’
compliance with the minimum safety
standards and the applicants’ eligibility
for air operations certification. Each
operator which seeks to obtain, or is in
possession of an air carrier operating
certificate, must comply with the
requirements of part 121 which include
maintaining data which is used to
determine if the air carrier is operating
in accordance with minimum safety
standards.

ACTION: Notice of request to release
airport land.
AGENCY:
The FAA proposes to rule and
invites public comment on the
application for a release of
approximately 1.79 acres of federally
obligated airport property at Saratoga
County Airport, Ballston Spa, Saratoga
County, NY, from conditions,
reservations, and restrictions contained
in Airport Improvement Program (AIP)
grants that would restrict the use of said
land to aeronautical purposes. This
acreage is composed of a portion of a
parcel that was acquired by Saratoga
County though AIP Grant 3–36–0004–
05–1987. It is requested that FAA
approval be given to release the 1.79
acres for disposal to allow a currently
existing non-aeronautical use on the
parcel to continue. The land is not
