Specifically, ANR requests authorization to abandon and replace approximately 1,880 feet of its 24-inch mainline, designated as Line 0– 100, in Henry County, Iowa. The project will involve the replacement of approximately 1,880 feet of its existing Line 0–100 with the replacement of approximately 1,880 feet of new Line 0– 100, from milepost (MP) 626.65 to MP 627.00. ANR states that the replacement will be done via a horizontal directional drill bore. In addition, ANR estimates the project will cost approximately $4,329,321, all as more fully set forth in the request which is on file with the Commission and open to public inspection.
