The Pacific Fishery

will convene a webinar meeting of its
Groundfish Management Team (GMT) to
discuss items on the Pacific Council’s
June 2021 meeting agenda. This meeting
is open to the public.
DATES: The online meeting will be held
on Thursday, June 10, 2021, from 9 a.m.
to 12 p.m., Pacific Daylight Time. The
scheduled ending time for this GMT
meeting is an estimate, the meeting will
adjourn when business for the day is
completed.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The
primary purpose of the GMT webinar is
to prepare for the Pacific Council’s June
2021 agenda items. The GMT will
discuss items related to groundfish
management and administrative Pacific
Council agenda items. A detailed
agenda for the webinar will be available
on the Pacific Council’s website prior to
the meeting. The GMT may also address
other assignments relating to groundfish
management. No management actions
will be decided by the GMT.
Although non-emergency issues not
contained in the meeting agenda may be
discussed, those issues may not be the
subject of formal action during this
meeting. Action will be restricted to
those issues specifically listed in this
document and any issues arising after
publication of this document that
require emergency action under section
305(c) of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery
Conservation and Management Act,
provided the public has been notified of
the intent to take final action to address
the emergency.

and biological environment. NMFS and
the Western Pacific Fishery
Management Council will consider

develop a final PEIS that would support
a future management program for
offshore aquaculture in the Pacific
Islands.
To provide additional opportunities
for the public to comment on the DPEIS,
NMFS will hold four public meetings.
At each meeting, NMFS will provide a

accessible a variety of resources from
the field and Federal agencies and
technical assistance to support their
dissemination and use. The hub for
these resources will be the
Clearinghouse described in E.O. 14000.
The Department’s Office of Elementary
and Secondary Education (OESE) will
lead development and implementation
of the Clearinghouse in partnership with
other ED offices and relevant Federal
