SUMMARY: On May 6, 2021, the U.S. Court of International Trade (CIT) issued its final judgment in Clearon Corporation et al v. United States, Consol. Court No. 17–00171, sustaining the Department of Commerce (Commerce)’s final remand results pertaining to the administrative review of the countervailing duty (CVD) order on chlorinated isocyanurates (chlorinated isos) from the People’s Republic of China (China) covering the period February 4, 2014, through December 31, 2014. Commerce is notifying the public that the CIT’s final judgment is not in harmony with Commerce’s final results of the administrative review, and that Commerce is amending the final results with respect to the countervailable subsidy rate assigned to Heze Huayi Chemical Co., Ltd.     Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, LLC (Wyeth) submitted a notification of 
proposed production activity to the FTZ Board for its facility in
