The Commission noticed the original application on October 21, 2019. On April 22 and 26, 2021, the licensee filed an amendment to their original application to provide avoidance and mitigation measures regarding cultural resources that may exist within the area. The licensee also filed a letter from the Georgia State Historic Preservation Office providing a no adverse effect call provided the prescribed measures were met.
