PacifiCorp; Notice of Complaint Take notice that on May 3, 2021, pursuant to section 206 of the Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. 824e and Rule 206 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s (Commission) Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.206 (2020), Macquarie Energy LLC (Complainant) filed a formal complaint against PacifiCorp (Respondent), alleging that the Respondent has violated Commission regulations and Orders 888, 889, and 890 et seq. by refusing transmission service to Macquarie, all as more fully explained in its complaint.
