and Other Assistance Provided to States, dated January 21, 2021 and the 
President's Memorandum on Maximizing Assistance from the Federal 
Emergency Management Agency, dated February 2, 2021 FEMA is amending 
the cost-sharing arrangements regarding Federal funds provided under
