COVID–19 and to Increase
Reimbursement and Other Assistance
Provided to States, dated January 21,
2021 and the President’s Memorandum
on Maximizing Assistance from the
Federal Emergency Management
Agency, dated February 2, 2021 FEMA
is amending the cost-sharing
arrangements regarding Federal funds
provided under the authority of the
Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and
Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C.
5121–5207 (the ‘‘Stafford Act’’) for all of
the COVID–19 emergency and major
disaster declarations. FEMA is
amending this declaration as follows:
SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Federal funds for emergency protective
measures (Category B), including direct
Federal assistance, under the Public
Assistance program (Section 403) are
authorized at 100 percent of total eligible
costs for work performed from January 20,
2020 through September 30, 2021.
