12, 2020, the Commission sought
comment on the information collection
requirements associated with the Care
Labeling Rule. 85 FR 71900 (Nov. 12,
2020). No relevant comments were
received. Pursuant to the OMB
regulations, 5 CFR part 1320, the FTC is
providing this second opportunity for
public comment while seeking OMB
approval to renew clearance for the
Rule’s information collection
requirements.

collection is to monitor and evaluate the
American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP)
Neurodevelopmental Extension for
Community Health Outcomes (ECHO)
Program on Children with Fetal Alcohol
Spectrum Disorders (FASD). The intent
of the project is to improve practicing
pediatrician capacity for identification
and care of children with
neurodevelopmental disorders,
particularly prenatal exposure to
alcohol, in the medical home.
