SUMMARY: This is a notice of the Presidential declaration of an 
emergency for the State of Oklahoma (FEMA-3555-EM), dated February 17, 
2021, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that, in a letter 
dated February 17, 2021, the President issued an emergency declaration
