On March 31, 2021, the United States filed a Complaint alleging that Republic Services, Inc.’s proposed acquisition of Santek Waste Services, LLC would violate Section 7 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. 18. The proposed Final Judgment, filed at the same time as the Complaint, requires Republic and Santek to divest certain tangible and intangible assets relating to small container commercial waste collection and municipal solid waste disposal in six local markets located in five states.     Notice is hereby given that, on March 15, 2021 pursuant to Section 
6(a) of the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 1993, 
15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (``the Act''), Open RF Association, Inc. filed 
written notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General and the
