XIII. USDA Non-Discrimination
Statement
In accordance with Federal civil
rights law and U.S. Department of
Agriculture (USDA) civil rights
regulations and policies, the USDA, its
Agencies, offices, and employees, and
institutions participating in or
administering USDA programs are

deadlines vary by program or incident.
Persons with disabilities who require

(FACA) that a teleconference meeting of
the Utah Advisory Committee to the
Commission will be held at 12 p.m.
Mountain Time on Friday, April 23,
2021. The purpose of this planning
meeting is to discuss scheduling a
possible virtual panel presentation with
Utah shareholders about their responses
to the recently published Committee
report titled, Civil Rights and the
Gender Wage Gap in Utah, and other
matters.
