292.204(a)(3), Brookfield Asset
Management Inc. (Petitioner), filed a
petition for declaratory order (Petition)
requesting that the Commission issue an
order granting limited waiver of the
filing requirements applicable to
qualifying cogeneration facilities set
forth in 18 CFR 292.203(a)(3) of the
Commission’s regulations, as more fully
explained in the petition.

This constitutes notice, in accordance
with 18 CFR 385.2201(b), of the receipt
of prohibited and exempt off-the-record

Order No. 607 (64 FR 51222,
September 22, 1999) requires
Commission decisional employees, who
