electric system reliability due to climate
change and extreme weather events?
2. With respect to extreme weather events

impacted the electric system, either directly
or indirectly, more frequently or seriously
than in the past, and if so, how? Will extreme
weather events require changes to the way
generation, transmission, substation, or other
