Questionnaire—ATF Form 8620.59 will
be used to determine if a candidate for
Federal or contractor employment at the
Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms
and Explosives (ATF) previously
completed a background investigation
and/or polygraph examination with
another Federal agency.
(5) An estimate of the total number of
respondents and the amount of time
estimated for an average respondent to
respond: An estimated 2,000
respondents will utilize the form
annually, and it will take each
respondent approximately 10 minutes to
complete their responses.
