Consistent with the requirement that Federal assistance be supplemental, any Federal funds provided under the Stafford Act for Public Assistance and Hazard Mitigation will be limited to 75 percent of the total eligible costs. disaster for the State of Colorado (FEMA-4581-DR), dated January 15, 
2021, and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that, in a letter 
dated January 15, 2021, the President issued a major disaster
