On February 5, 2021, the Commission
issued an order in Docket No. EL21–24–
000, pursuant to section 206 of the
Federal Power Act (FPA), 16 U.S.C.
824e, instituting an investigation into
whether System Energy Resources,
Inc.’s proposed rate decrease is unjust,
unreasonable, unduly discriminatory, or
preferential, or otherwise unlawful and
further decreases may be warranted.
