SUMMARY: The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announces that 
on February 23, 2021, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard 
Time), the Market Risk Advisory Committee (MRAC) will hold a public 
meeting via teleconference. At this meeting, the MRAC will receive 
reports from its subcommittees: Climate-related Market Risk, CCP Risk
