Proceeding and Refund Effective Date
On January 29, 2021, the Commission
issued an order in Docket No. EL21–25–
000, pursuant to section 206 of the
Federal Power Act (FPA), 16 U.S.C.
824e, instituting an investigation into
whether Richmond Spider Solar, LLC’s
proposed rate schedule is unjust,
unreasonable, unduly discriminatory, or
preferential, or otherwise unlawful.
