AGENCY: Environmental Impact Statements; Notice of Availability In this document, the Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau) seeks comments on the metrics the Commission should use to evaluate SUMMARY: PO 00000 Frm 00020 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 applications for funding and how the Commission should treat applications filed during the funding rounds for awards from the COVID–19 Telehealth Program using amounts appropriated under the CARES Act.
