SUMMARY: As a result of these sunset
reviews, the Department of Commerce
(Commerce) finds that revocation of the
antidumping duty orders on carbazole
violet pigment 23 (CVP–23) from India
and the People’s Republic of China
(China) would be likely to lead to
continuation or recurrence of dumping
at the levels indicated in the ‘‘Final
Results of Sunset Review’’ section of
this notice.

Background
On December 29, 2004, Commerce
published the antidumping duty orders
on CVP–23 from India and China.1 On
