Trainee/Internship Placement Plans are to be completed by designated program sponsors. It will set forth the training or internship program to be followed, methods of supervision, the skills the trainee or intern will obtain, and trainee or intern remuneration. The plan must be signed by the trainee or intern, sponsor, and the third party placement organization, if a third party organization is used in the conduct of the training or internship. Upon request, trainees or interns must present a fully executed Trainee/Internship Placement Plan on Form DS–7002 to any Consular Official interviewing them in connection with the issuance of J–1 visas.     Acting under the authority of and in accordance with section 
1(a)(ii)(B) of Executive Order 13224 of September 23, 2001, as amended 
by Executive Order 13268 of July 2, 2002, Executive Order 13284 of 
January 23, 2003, and Executive Order 13886 of September 9, 2019, I 
hereby determine that the person known as Niamat Hama Rahim Hama 
Sharif, also known as Saed Tawealy, also known as Sa'ad Tawela, is a 
foreign person who is a leader of al-Qa'ida Kurdish Battalions, a group 
whose property and interests in property are concurrently blocked 
pursuant to a determination by the Secretary of State pursuant to 
Executive Order 13224.
