Aluminum Extrusions From the
People’s Republic of China: Final
Results of Countervailing Duty
Administrative Review and Rescission
of Review, in Part; 2018
In accordance with Section
743 of Division C of the Consolidated
Appropriations Act of 2010 (Pub. L.
111–117), the Department of Commerce
(DOC) is publishing this notice to advise
the public of the availability of the
Fiscal Year (FY) 2018 Service Contract
Inventory data, a report that analyzes
DOC’s FY 2017 Service Contract
Inventory and a plan for the analysis of
FY 2018 Service Contract Inventory.
The service contract inventory
provides information on service contract
actions over $150,000 made in FY 2018.
The information is organized by
function to show how contracted
resources are distributed throughout the
agency. The inventory has been
developed in accordance with guidance
on service contract inventories issued
on November 5, 2010, by the Office of
Management and Budget’s Office of
Federal Procurement Policy (OFPP).

SUMMARY: The Department of Commerce
(Commerce) has completed its
administrative review of the
countervailing duty (CVD) order on
aluminum extrusions from the People’s
Republic of China (China) for the period
of review (POR) January 1, 2018 through
December 31, 2018, and determines that
countervailable subsidies are being
provided to producers and exporters of
aluminum extrusions. The final net
countervailable subsidy rates are listed
below in the section titled ‘‘Final
Results of Administrative Review.’’

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Background
Commerce published the Preliminary
Results of this administrative review in
the Federal Register on August 5, 2020.1
We invited parties to comment on the
Preliminary Results. No interested party
submitted comments or requested a
hearing in this administrative review.
On April 24, 2020, Commerce tolled all
deadlines in administrative reviews by
50 days.2 On July 21, 2020, Commerce
tolled all deadlines in administrative
reviews by an additional 60 days,3
thereby extending the deadline for these
final results until January 19, 2021.
Commerce conducted this review in
accordance with section 751(a)(1)(A) of
the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the
Act).
Scope of the Order
The merchandise covered by the order
is aluminum extrusions from China. The
complete description of the scope is
provided at Appendix I of this notice.
Changes Since the Preliminary Results
As no party submitted comments on
the Preliminary Results, Commerce
made no changes for these final results
of review.
Rescission of Review
In the Preliminary Results, we stated
our intention to rescind the review with
respect to companies named in the
Initiation Notice for which all review
requests were timely withdrawn in
accordance with 19 CFR 351.213(d)(1).
These companies are listed in Appendix
II of this notice. For these companies,
Commerce is rescinding the
administrative review and will assess
duties at rates equal to the rates of the
cash deposits for estimated
countervailing duties required at the
time of entry, or withdrawn from
warehouse, for consumption, during the
POR, in accordance with 19 CFR
351.212(c)(1).4
