authorization to abandon five injection/
withdrawal wells and associated
pipelines and appurtenances, located in
its Coco B and Coco C Storage Fields in
Kanawha County, West Virginia (2021

Project or Project). Columbia proposes
to abandon these facilities under
authorities granted by its blanket
certificate issued in Docket No. CP83–
76–000.1 The proposed abandonments
will have no impact on Columbia’s
existing customers or affect Columbia’s
existing storage operations. The
estimated cost for the Project is
approximately $2.8 million, all as more
