AGENCY:
DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
The FAA hereby provides
notice of intent to release approximately
17.94 acres of airport property at the
Brooksville-Tampa Bay Regional
Airport, Brooksville, FL, from the terms,
conditions, reservations, and
restrictions as contained in federal grant
assurances. The release of property will
allow the Hernando County Board of
Commissioners to dispose of the
property for other than aeronautical
purposes. The property is located north
of the airfield on the south side of
Spring Hill Drive, Brooksville, Florida.
The parcel is currently designated as
aeronautical land use. The property will
be released of its federal obligations for
the relocation and consolidation of the
Hernando County government
headquarter facilities. The fair market
value of the parcel has been determined
to be $1,794,000.
DATES: Comments are due on or before
February 12, 2021.

reusable launch vehicle (RLV) mission
license or a reentry license for activities

49 U.S.C., Subtitle IX, Chapter 701,
formerly known as the Commercial
Space Launch Act of 1984, as amended.
The information is needed in order to
demonstrate to the FAA Office of
Commercial Space Transportation
(FAA/AST) that the proposed activity
meets applicable public safety, national
security, and foreign policy interests of
the United States.

The FHWA, on behalf of
Caltrans, is issuing this notice to
announce actions taken by Caltrans that
are final. The actions relate to a
proposed highway project, Interstate 10
at PM R53.9/R55.5 in the City of Indio,
in Riverside County, State of California.
Those actions grant licenses, permits,
and approvals for the project.
