The property is located north of the airfield on the south side of Spring Hill Drive, Brooksville, Florida. The parcel is currently designated as aeronautical land use. The property will be released of its federal obligations for the relocation and consolidation of the Hernando County government headquarter facilities. The fair market value of the parcel has been determined to be $1,794,000. DATES: Comments are due on or before February 12, 2021.
