Description of Relief Sought: BlueSky
Helicopters, Inc. seeks relief from 14
CFR 133.43(a) and (b) to the extent
necessary to conduct Class B human
external cargo (HEC) operations in
support of power line construction,
maintenance, and patrol, as well as in
support of law enforcement and searchand-rescue (SAR) operations, as there
are no part 27 approved hook systems
available for the H–60 series helicopter.
