Take notice that on December 11,
2020, Stingray Pipeline Company, L.L.C.
(Stingray), 1300 Main Street, Houston,
Texas 77002, filed an application under
section 7(b) of the Natural Gas Act
(NGA) and Part 157 of the Commission’s
regulations seeking authorization to
amend its application in Docket No.
CP20–528–000 to abandon certain
facilities in the WC 509 System by
removal or in place, rather than by sale
to Triton Gathering LLC (Triton) that
were damaged and/or destroyed by
Hurricane Delta. Specifically, Stingray
seeks authorization to: (1) Abandon in
place approximately 14.98 miles of 24inch-diameter pipeline and (2) abandon
by removal its 50 percent ownership
interest in the A330 Platform and
related equipment, all located in federal
waters, offshore Louisiana, all as more
fully set forth in the application which
is on file with the Commission and open
for public inspection.
