correcting a typographical error in a
final rule published in the Federal
Register on November 12, 2020. The
EPA finalized regulations under the
Resource Conservation and Recovery
Act (RCRA) with procedures to allow
certain facilities to request approval to
operate an existing coal combustion
residuals (CCR) surface impoundment
with an alternate liner, among other
things.
DATES: This final rule correction is
effective on December 14, 2020.

Records, to clarify one of the conditions
under which a court may authorize
disclosure of confidential
communications made by a patient to a
part 2 program as defined in this
regulation. This change to the regulation
is intended to clarify that a court has the
authority to permit disclosure of
