licensee filed an application to remove
approximately 7.40 acres of lands and
waters from the project boundary that it
states are not needed for safe project
operation and maintenance or
fulfillment of any other license purpose.
The licensee proposes to remove 0.71
acres of land south of the project
powerhouse and downstream of the
dam, owned by the Corps, and 6.68
acres of submerged lands extending into
the river channel, owned by the state of
California.
