ACTION: License amendment request;
notice of opportunity to comment,
request a hearing, and petition for leave
to intervene; order imposing
procedures.
AGENCY:
The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory
Commission (NRC) received and is
considering approval of three
amendment requests. The amendment
requests are for Waterford Steam

Nuclear Plant, Units 1 and 2. For each
amendment request, the NRC proposes
to determine that they involve no
significant hazards consideration
(NSHC). Because each amendment
request contains sensitive unclassified

order imposes procedures to obtain
access to SUNSI for contention
preparation.
SUMMARY:
Comments must be filed by
December 31, 2020. A request for a
hearing or petition for leave to intervene
must be filed by February 1, 2021. Any
potential party as defined in section 2.4
of title 10 of the Code of Federal
Regulations (10 CFR) who believes
access to SUNSI is necessary to respond
to this notice must request document
access by December 11, 2020.
