The forms are used in addition to the sales contracts and addenda that are used in binding contracts between purchasers of acquired single family assets and HUD through the Good Neighbor Next Door Sales program. Respondents: law enforcement officers, teachers or firefighters/ emergency medical Technicians. Estimated Number of Respondents: 738. Estimated Number of Responses: 1,806.
