OCC’s framework of risk management
documentation, these updates do not
affect Clearing Members’ access to

burdens on Clearing Members.
Accordingly, the proposed rule change
would not unfairly inhibit access to
OCC’s services or disadvantage or favor
any particular user in relationship to
another user.
For the foregoing reasons, OCC
believes that the proposed rule change
is in the public interest, would be
consistent with the requirements of the
Act applicable to clearing agencies, and
would not impact or impose a burden
on competition.

to be appropriate and publishes its
reasons for so finding or (ii) as to which
the self- regulatory organization
consents, the Commission will:
(A) By order approve or disapprove
the proposed rule change, or
(B) institute proceedings to determine
whether the proposed rule change
should be disapproved.

custodian for temporary display in the
exhibition ‘‘The Medici: Portraits &
Politics, 1512–1570’’ at The
Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York,
New York, and at possible additional
exhibitions or venues yet to be
determined, is of cultural significance,
and, further, that its temporary
exhibition or display within the United
States as aforementioned is in the
