SUMMARY: The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is correcting a 
notice that was published in the Federal Register on October 23, 2020, 
informing the public of the NRC's intention to conduct environmental

Virginia Electric and Power Company's (Dominion) subsequent license
