development activities. The

of extending the Act’s provisions
limiting the recovery of antitrust
plaintiffs to actual damages under
specified circumstances. Specifically,
ASTM has provided an updated list of
current, ongoing ASTM activities
originating between May 19, 2020 and
September 22, 2020, designated as Work
