This is a supplemental notice in the
above-referenced Flat Ridge 3 Wind
Energy, LLC’s application for marketbased rate authority, with an
accompanying rate tariff, noting that
such application includes a request for
blanket authorization, under 18 CFR
part 34, of future issuances of securities
and assumptions of liability.
Any person desiring to intervene or to

in accordance with Rules 211 and 214

Abstract: As described below, FERC–
549B is comprised of information
collection activities at 18 CFR 284.13(b),

information collection activities is to
provide reliable information about
capacity availability and price that
shippers need to make informed
decisions in a competitive market, and
to enable shippers and the Commission
to monitor marketplace behavior to
