and continuing collections of

impact of our information collection

the proper functions of the OSMRE; (2)

might the OSMRE enhance the quality,

permittees conducting coal mining
operations shall meet all applicable

Electrified Vehicle and Energy Storage

Commission disclosing (1) the identities
of the parties to the venture and (2) the
nature and objectives of the venture.

purpose of invoking the Act’s provisions

The general area of EVESE’s planned
activities are to test and analyze cuttingedge technology for electrified vehicles

range. Additionally, EVESE will
conduct research focused on improving
the performance and durability of
